The documentary tells the story of Maxim Sadovnikov, a repairman for electric stoves, who rides a bicycle everywhere and at any time of the year. He does not smoke, does not drink, is a vegetarian, he is raising his daughter alone, whom they are trying to take away from him to an orphanage and helps people in a variety of situations: in the summer, traffic on the roads of Moscow, the streets of Moscow.
