Mikhailov, Deputy Prime Minister of the GDR Hans Loch, Vice President of the Academy of Arts of the GDR Otto Nagel. NA Mikhailov cuts the ribbon. Present: Minister of Defense of the USSR, Marshal of the Soviet Union GK Zhukov, Chinese lawyers.
