1st part. Chronicle of one of the Far Eastern cities: unloading a steamer at the port. The audience looks at the ship. Chinese traders offer their wares on the street. Unloading bags using a conveyor. Columns of pioneers with banners. A steamer loaded with coal. A shoemaker is mending shoes. Loading coal into a steamer. Loaders are working. From the shore, the public is watching the departing steamer. 2nd part. On the facade of the building there is a sign: "Suifun District Executive Committee of Soviets of Workers, Peasants, Red Army and Cossack Deputies." The audience enters the building of the Executive Committee. The train departs from the station platform. A brass band is playing. There is a guard of honor. The commander is passing by, accompanied by the command staff. Participants in the festive demonstration: workers, military, youth are on the city square. 3rd part. Vladivostok street. Demonstrators are walking with placards, soldiers of the Red Army. Presidium of the 2nd District Congress of Soviets, a speaker. On the street of the city, a group of Chinese youth, along the street are military units. Red Army parade. Loaders are working in the port. City bazaar: merchants and buyers. A group of Chinese workers. The bear is playing on a chain. 4th part. Port of Vladivostok. Loading bags into the hold. Foreign ships are standing. City street. Workers are clearing snow from the street. A tram is passing by.
