Abstract
A film chronicle about the farewell banquet held in honor of the assistance provided by the "ARA" ("American Relief Administration") to eliminate the famine in Soviet Russia. Premises during the banquet; plays a string orchestra conducted by a conductor. Among those present - People's Commissar for Foreign Affairs of the RSFSR G.V. Chicherin, chairman of the Moscow City Council L.B. Kamenev, Deputy People's Commissar for Foreign Affairs of the RSFSR M.M. Litvinov, member of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b) [K.B. Radek], the American representatives of the ARA, talk, laugh, smoke, drink, examine a large wooden box with glasses and an oriental-style dish. G.V. Chicherin makes a toast. L. B. Kamenev holds a colorfully designed document - "Resolution of the Council of People's Commissars"; Americans are considering the "Ordinance".
