The withdrawal of Soviet troops from Austria. A rally dedicated to the farewell of Soviet soldiers to the inhabitants of Vienna on the square in front of the town hall. Speakers: Professor Hugo Glaser, Hero of the Soviet Union Lieutenant General V. I. Zhdanov. Solemn seeing-off of the Soviet troops in St. Pölten and other cities in Austria. The soldiers get into the carriages.
