Abstract
The film tells about the experience of teaching the subject "Fine Arts" in secondary schools of Leningrad, about the teachers who teach these lessons. The film uses the following filming: a conversation between teachers of fine arts (synchronously), schoolchildren in fine arts lessons in the classroom, on excursions in the woods, a conversation between a teacher and children (synchronously), a tour of schoolchildren around the city, in the Russian Museum, in the Museum of Ethnography. General view of students' work: drawings, painting on wood, Dymkovo toys, painting on pottery. Making masks by children, participation of children in a puppet show (synchronously). Walking schoolchildren with a teacher in the park in Tsarskoe Selo. Excursion of schoolchildren to the State Hermitage.
