Floriculture - an Industrial Basis

The film tells about the current state of floriculture in the USSR, acquaints with the work of the floriculture research and production association in Sochi, its subdivisions, the tissue culture laboratory, experimental workshops, with the departments of mechanization and selection. The film shows how the assortment of flower crops is being renewed in the "Pirita" state farm of the Estonian SSR and the technology of rehabilitation of the repairing carnation in the Kirov collective farm in the Moscow region.
