The chairman of the All-Slavic Committee, Lieutenant General A. Gundorov, opens the meeting. Speeches by the commander of the 1st Polish Corps in the USSR, General Z. Berling, the commander of the Czechoslovak brigade, General L. Svoboda, and other participants in the meeting. Part 2. Speeches by the rally participants. Vice-Chairman of the All-Slavic Committee, Ukrainian writer M. Rylsky read out an appeal from the meeting participants to IV Stalin. Polish General Svirchevsky reads the address of the rally participants to W. Churchill. Colonel Zhikhrev reads out an address to F. Roosevelt. The participants of the meeting sign under the appeals.
