Celebration in the Kremlin Palace of Congresses, dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the university and the awarding of the Order of Friendship of Peoples. Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee BN Ponomarev reads (synchronously) to the staff a welcome address of the General Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee Leonid Brezhnev.
