Abstract
The TV movie tells about a boat trip from the Barents Sea to the city of Cheboksary on the Volga. 2-part Tourists make a halt on the bank of the river. Yuza (Volga River basin). A short rest and the path continues along the Unzha River (left tributary of the Volga). Picturesque shores; timber rafting; pioneer camp with wooden carved houses of the town "Lesnaya Skazka"; village with gardens. In the lower course of the river, on the high right bank, there is the Makarievsky monastery (XY century), not far from the town of Makariev. The path goes along the Volga, then along the Gorky reservoir; river station in Gorky; sights of the ancient city. Downstream - Yurinsky castle (XIX century); the city of Kozmodemyansk (Mari Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic) with a museum of local lore, the port and the city of Cheboksary with sights.
