Panfilov awards the commander of the 18th tank brigade, Colonel Kirill Osipovich Urvanov, the Order of the Red Banner, the commander of the 19th tank brigade, Lieutenant Colonel Alexei Grigorievich Kuts, the Order of the Patriotic War of the 1st degree. The soldiers are marching solemnly.
