Close-ups of men in a restaurant; the doorman of the restaurant FI Chernov tells (sinhr.) that the audience in the restaurant is different, incl. and foreigners - Mongols, Chinese, Japanese; FI Chernov gets up from his seat, greets two policemen who are walking into the hall; streets of the city at night: lights are on, cars are passing by, incl. and a police car with a siren on; F.I.Chernov and a woman - the administrator of the restaurant let people in and out, F.I.Chernov talks with a woman-administrator, tells her (sinhr.) How he went on ships on the seas and oceans as a signalman, how he graduated from a special school on Russky Island ; FI Chernov is sitting at the table in the wardrobe, eating; the audience in the restaurant: people eat, dance, talk, musicians sing songs "Putana, confused, confused ...", "Jib, jib, jib-jyali, jib jib, jib, jib, jib jyali ..."; mass fun in a restaurant (sync.); view of the working premises of the kitchen of the restaurant, the chefs are preparing food. a man chef butts carcasses of chickens, a woman reads a newspaper; view of the night city with glowing lanterns and headlights of cars.
