Abstract
Russia, Mogilev, August 28, 1915 - V.N. Voeikov, P.K. Kondzerovsky and other officers. Emperor Nicholas II, V.B. Fredericks, Grand Duke Dmitry Pavlovich, V.N. Voeikov, [A.N. Grabbe] and others walk past the formation of Cossacks standing on the square of Mogilev. Nicholas II presents awards to the Cossacks - the Knights of St. George. Present: K.D. Nilov, V.B. Frederiks, N.P. Sablin, A.N. Grabbe, P.K. Kondzerovsky.
