Home Care

The film was created by order of the Executive Committee of the Union of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies of the USSR. The doctor conducts classes in home care courses. Instructors demonstrate practical techniques for caring for a patient at home: changing bed and underwear, wet cleaning and airing the room, applying mustard plasters, placing cans, measuring body temperature, applying heating compresses, using an oxygen pillow, heating pad, ice bladder; prevention of bedsores. Hygiene techniques, feeding the patient; a walk with a recovering patient.
