In Memory of the Past Day

The film filmed events from the life of the citizens of one of the Lithuanian cities, taking place during one day. A group of men with briefcases enters the facility. Residents of a communal apartment doing their homework. A view of unsightly, long unrepaired residential buildings on the outskirts of the city. Residents take out household waste in buckets and pour it into the car. Landfill view. People in the garbage dump are looking for the items they need. A horse with a cart is driving out of the yard. View of the central street of the city, the audience leaves the temple. A man on his knees, reading a prayer, crawls into the temple. Street vendors, beggars in front of the temple. A man shows passers-by a puppet. The organist plays the organ. At the end of the day, a male puppeteer returns home; a disabled man in a wheelchair enters the entrance of the house.
