- The Lenin Prize laureate violinist David Oistrakh rehearses at home with his son Igor, talks with friends; performs the finale of PI Tchaikovsky's concert for violin and orchestra (synchronously) during a tour in Genoa (Italy). Lenin Prize laureate composer GV Sviridov says (synchronously) about the creation of the "Pathetic Oratorio", plays the piano (synchronously). Performed "Pathetic Oratorio", soloist (synchronously) A. Vedernikov, conductor N. Rakhlin. GV Sviridov thanks the performers. The orchestra bows.
