Abstract
The film is a reflection of the political situation in Russia in the mid-90s of the XX century. In the center of the film is the head of the Democratic Union Valeria Novodvorskaya. The film shows representatives of other parties and public organizations in Russia: Zhirinovsky, Ampilov, Barkashev and others, their speeches at rallies, their political ideas and beliefs.
