Abstract
Review of the group of forces of the DPRK army. The soldiers go to the front. A military band is playing. North Korean troops by the river. Flags are flying. Crossing the isthmus. On the road are soldiers, horses, loaded with cargo. They are militia fighters. Residents of the villages with flowers, banners, greet the soldiers. Soldiers with flowers are walking along a rural street. Children waving flags. Landscape: mountains; a road winds between the mountains (filmed from an airplane). View of the village bombarded by an enemy aircraft. Burning houses. The plane is flying. People are running. The peasants are trying to extinguish the burning house. A woman carries a child out of the fire. The peasants take a burned woman out of the destroyed house. The man bandages the child's leg. The commander addresses the soldiers. Soldiers salute with rifles. Meeting of members of the DPRK Labor Party in one of the villages: speaking at the podium; presidium; on the wall are portraits of I. V. Stalin, Kim Il Sung; party members in the hall. The offensive of the DPRK army: explosions of shells; shooting from anti-aircraft guns; soldiers go on the attack, shoot down an enemy plane with anti-aircraft guns; the plane is on fire. View of the warped military equipment on the field; wounded North Korean soldiers lie by the trucks. DPRK soldiers descend into houses, take prisoners [Americans] out of them; the prisoners are kneeling on the ground; soldiers are leading the prisoners along the road.
