Abstract
A film chronicle about the celebration of the Day of Enlightenment in Leningrad on May 31, 1925. The city of Leningrad is decorated in honor of the holiday. Fireworks, luminous inscription: "THROUGH DEFEAT TO VICTORY". Theatrical performance from the life of the tsarist time. The festive demonstration is attended by schoolchildren, young athletes and adults.
