Speakers: MP Georgadze (synchronously), A. Andreev, F. R. Kozlov (synchronously) and others. A. Andreev presents the Order of Lenin, which awarded the city of Leningrad, F. R. Kozlov, M. V. Spiridonov, N. I. Smirnov. Present: MP Georgadze, SA Kovpak and others. Meeting at the Kirov Machine-Building Plant. Speakers: K.S. Chernyavsky, L.A. Kulichenko, N.G.
