Abstract
The city of Leningrad. A train approaches the platform of the Moscow railway station, scientists who have arrived at a session of the USSR Academy of Sciences devoted to the history of Russian science are getting out of the carriages; among those present - D.V. Nalivkin, D.S. Belyankin. Meetings of the Presidium, branches of the USSR Academy of Sciences. Academicians: S. I. Vavilov; V. N. Sukachev, A. I. Berg, full member of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, professor V. V. Danilevsky. Academicians present: E. V. Britske, A. F. Ioffe, N. S. Derzhavin, V. P. Nikitin, M. M. Dubinin, A. A. Blagonravov, I. V. Grebenshchikov, A. I. Oparin. Opening of the M. V. Lomonosov Museum. Scientists visiting the exhibits of the museum, among them academicians M. A. Shatelen, V. F. Shishmarev. The opening of memorial plaques on the house located on the embankment of Vasilyevsky Island, where scientists lived: I. P. Pavlov, N. Ya. Marr, A. P. Karpinsky, V. V. Petrov. SI Vavilov is speaking.
