- Abstract
- The plot is dedicated to the celebration of the 70th anniversary of I. V. Stalin. A ceremonial meeting at the Kirov Theater. By the Secretary of the Leningrad Regional Party Committee Andrianov, other speakers. The meeting is greeted by representatives of the Soviet army, pioneers. Malin reads out a letter addressed to JV Stalin. The participants in the meeting applauded, singing "Internationale". Illuminated Nevsky Prospect, glowing slogans.
