Kapustin is speaking (synchronously). On the podium - PS Popkov, Marshal L. A. Govorov. Newsreel. The city of Leningrad during the siege; destruction, a column of trolleybuses covered with snow, residents take water from an ice-hole in the Neva River. Workers work in a dilapidated workshop; packing shells into a box. Speech by A. A. Zhdanov in the Kremlin at a session of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR. Artillery volleys. Infantry, tanks attack.
