Leonid Brezhnevs Friendly Visit to the GDR

GDR. First Secretary of the SED Central Committee E. Honecker, other officials meet the General Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee Leonid Brezhnev at the airport in Berlin. Residents of the city welcomed the delegation of the USSR on the streets of Berlin. E. Honecker, Chairman of the State Council of the GDR W. Ulbricht talk with Leonid Brezhnev at the reception. Members of the Soviet delegation A. A. Gromyko, K. F. Katushev are present at the reception. L. I. Brezhnev presents the Order of Lenin to E. Honecker; speaks (synchronously) with a speech to the audience. E. Honecker delivers a speech in response. Leonid Brezhnev talks with reporters, says goodbye to the leaders of the party and government of the GDR at the airport before returning home.
