Liberation of Dnepropetrovsk

3rd Ukrainian Front, Dnepropetrovsk, October 25, 1943 Panorama of the destroyed building of the railway station in Dnepropetrovsk. Artyom; a pile of books on the street, thrown out by the Nazis from the technical library of the institute. Return of refugees to the city: a column of civilians is moving along the Kryvyi Rih road in the direction of Dnepropetrovsk: men are carrying carts with household belongings, children and women are walking side by side. Fascist cemetery where German, Romanian and Hungarian invaders lie. In the center of the cemetery there is a sculpture of a Nazi soldier on a pedestal.
