Abstract
The advertising video in the form of a game reminds of the collection of a fine for violation of the basic rule of conduct for pedestrians on a city street - to cross the carriageway in a specially designated place. Filmed by order of the traffic police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Moscow City Executive Committee. The film shows a typical case of violation of the rules of behavior of pedestrians on the road in a joking manner: a man (actor Yuri Vitalievich Volynsky), going to a grocery store, runs across the street in the wrong place, reducing the distance to the nearest store. The traffic police officer detains the violator and collects a fine from him. The man, left without money, calls his wife from a telephone booth and says that he has lost the money.
