Representation of the delegations of the film festival in the hall of the Kremlin Palace of Congresses. Delegations of filmmakers from Poland, Cuba, Japan, France, Hungary, Italy, the USSR, incl. T.F. Makarov. Reception at the Union of Cinematographers on the occasion of the opening of the V-th Moscow International Film Festival. Present: A. V. Romanov, S. Yutkevich, S. F. Bondarchuk, M. Vladi, I. Skobtseva, M. Bernes, S. A. Gerasimov, N. Kokanova (Bulgaria) and others. Meeting of the jury members of competitions: feature films, children's films, documentaries and short films. S. Yutkevich, S. V. Mikhalkov, R. L. Carmen present prizes to the winners of competitions of feature, children's and documentary films at the closing ceremony of the film festival in the Kremlin Palace of Congresses.
