Soviet-Czechoslovak negotiations; the negotiations involved: L. I. Brezhnev, A. N. Kosygin, P. E. Shelest, P. M. Masherov, K. F. Katushev, A. A. Gromyko, S. V. Chervonenko; from the Czechoslovak side: G. Husak, L. Svoboda, L. Strougal, J. Lenart, V. Bilyak, J. Marko, V. Koutsky. The signing ceremony in the Wenceslas Hall of the Prague Castle of the Soviet-Czechoslovak treaty. The agreement is signed by: Leonid Brezhnev, A. Kosygin, G. Husak, L. Strougal. A rally in the courtyard of Prague Castle, a reception at the USSR Embassy on the occasion of the signing of the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance between the USSR and Czechoslovakia. L. Svoboda presents awards Czechoslovakia L. I. Brezhnev, A. N. Kosygin. Leonid Brezhnev presents the Order of the Red Banner to V. Bilyak and J. Lenart. Solemn meeting at the Prague Castle, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the liberation of Czechoslovakia from the Nazi invaders. Speakers: G. Gusak, Leonid Brezhnev.
