Residents of the city welcomed Leonid Brezhnev. Leonid Brezhnev's visit to the Tula Machine-Building Plant, the Yasnaya Polyana Estate Museum. Laying flowers at the Eternal Flame. A ceremonial meeting dedicated to the awarding of the honorary title "Hero City" to the city of Tula.
