Moscow Is Waiting for Friends

Preparation for the VI World Festival of Youth and Students in Moscow. Artists in their workshops work on projects, sketches for the decoration of streets and buildings in Moscow during the festival. Production of festival scarves at the "Red Rose" silk-weaving mill. Workers at a cardboard factory are working on making paper carnival decorations. Hotel workers decorate the interior of hotel rooms. Chinese chef Wang Yu Liang is teaching the chefs of the Moskva restaurant to cook Chinese dishes. Exhibition of festival souvenirs. The festival concert program is being prepared by: composer S. Tulikov, gymnasts of the Trudovye Rezervy society, artist L. Gurchenko, and the Berezka dance ensemble.
