Mother of the Heroine

Tallinn, March 7, 1945 Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Estonian SSR Johannes Yakovich Vares presents orders to the heroine mothers of the republic, talks with the awardees; next to him is Tuve Helene. Among those present are Natalia Nyar (12 children), Anna Ruusman (10 children), Melania Seli (10 children), Yulia Vakhtra (10 children), Alide Liiva (10 children), Marianna Thomingas (14 children), Katerina Saar (10 children) ), Adele Aiiva (13 children). The decree on awarding is read by the Secretary of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Estonian SSR Voldemar Ioganovich Telling.
