Nail of the Lord

The film is dedicated to the Orthodox Christian Church of Georgia. The film includes the following filming: making nails in a blacksmith's workshop, landscapes of Georgia, destroyed Orthodox churches, a general view of the Erushei Monastery, the Elephant Church in Tbilisi, the Church of St. Nina, the tomb of St. Nina, the Svetitskhoveli Temple. Ilia II, the Catholicos of Georgia, blesses believers at the Elephant Church The film uses footage of the Civil War, the destruction of churches in the 20s-30s. The film includes fragments of S. Eisenstein's film "October".
