Drug addicts and alcoholics undergo treatment in psychiatric hospital # 5; in one of the medical and labor dispensaries; are serving their sentence in one of the prisons; talk about their life (sinhr.). The film uses filming: drug addicts buy and sell drugs on the streets of the city of Leningrad; police officers detain a girl selling drugs on the street, search young people in one of the dens in the city of Leningrad. Mothers of drug addicts talk about the unfair attitude of medical workers towards their children during treatment in a medical and labor dispensary (sync).
