The film tells about the visit to Hungary of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the USSR N.I. Ryzhkov: views of Budapest, people pass through the streets of the city, trade on the streets, traffic, meeting N.I. Ryzhkov at the airport, negotiations with Karoy Gros, laying wreaths at the monument V. Lenin, to the monument to Soviet soldiers-liberators, a tour of Budapest, a visit to the industrial center "Tungeram", the industrial cooperative "Musertekhnika", the agricultural cooperative "New Life", a conversation with the villagers (synchronously), speech at a meeting in the Hungarian Economic Chamber (synchronously), signing of joint documents.
