- Abstract
- The plot is dedicated to the jubilee session of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR at the Sports Palace. First Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee NS Khrushchev makes a report "40 years of the Great October Socialist Revolution" (synchronously). The leaders of the communist parties of various countries speak at the session; among the speakers - Mao Tse-tung, V. Gomulka, A. Novotny, V. Ulbricht, head of the Romanian delegation Kivu Stoika, T. Zhivkov, J. Kadar, Ho Chi Minh, Kim Il-sen, E. Hoxha (synchronously) others participants in the session of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR; pioneers greet participants in the session.
