The special issue of the newsreel is dedicated to the celebration of the 1000th anniversary of the baptism of Rus. The following films were used in the special issue: Part 1: Night landscapes of Ordzhonikidze; people are relaxing in the park near the fountain, children are playing, old women are talking; city views incl. and a new microdistrict; the priest leads the service in the church, the parishioners pray, kiss the icons; the priest speaks (off-screen) about what faith in God is, what it means for people. 2 part: General view of one of the Orthodox churches in Ordzhonikidze; the rector of the temple says (sinhr. and off-screen.) that he serves God and people, conducts the service; parishioners of the temple give interviews (sinhr.); views of the city of Ordzhonikidze, the Terek River, people on the streets of the city; Archbishop Anthony of Stavropol and Baku conducts a service in a new church in Kislovodsk, parishioners at a service in the church.
