The special issue of the newsreel tells about the voluntary people's squad of the city of Ordzhonikidze. The plot uses the following filming: young people are walking along the streets of the city, general view of the house in which there is a public security point of order No. 5; vigilantes are walking along the streets of Ordzhonikidze; an interview with the head of the DND of one of the districts of the city of Andreosyan, the head of the police department and members of the DND (sync. and behind the scenes), who talks about the need to create people's squads to help the police; panorama along the Terek river, view of the embankment, pond, tram movement along one of the streets, view of the city avenue.
