The special issue of the newsreel is dedicated to the participation of North Ossetia in the spring Leipzig fair in 1984. The plot uses the following filming: views of the city, streets, monuments, town hall and university buildings, tram movement along one of the streets; visitors at the entrance to the exhibition; a panorama of the section of North Ossetia in the USSR pavilion; visitors get acquainted with the exhibits presented in the section of North Ossetia; among them are products of radio engineering, electrical engineering, chemical, woodworking industries, products of agro-industrial complexes, products of art crafts; children at the exhibition; visitors watch the work of the chaser G. Gachkuev; distribution of souvenirs to visitors of the exhibition; preparation of dishes of the Ossetian national cuisine for the guests of the exhibition office, setting the festive table; the meeting of the artists of the state ensemble "Alan" with the chairman of the State Council of the GDR E. Honecker, who visited the USSR pavilion and the division of North Ossetia at the exhibition; M.G. Tsagaraev's speech (sync and behind the scenes) at a meeting with E. Honecker; E. Honecker examines the exposition of North Ossetia; solemn banquet, E. Honecker's speech at the banquet, entry in the guestbook; press conference and speech at it by the 1st deputy. Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of SO Z.I. Vaniev; performance at the Leipzig fair of the state ensemble "Alan" (sync.) and Ossetian singers Yu.Bapazov and E.
