The plot tells about the problems of traffic on the streets of the city of Ordzhonikidze, about pedestrians who cross the road incorrectly, about drivers who are drunk and get behind the wheel of a car. The plot uses the following filming: the movement of cars along the streets of the city, an interview with the deputy. the head of the traffic police N.A. Khetagurov (sinhr.); children cross the carriageway, a view of an open hatch on the road, passengers get off the tram at a stop, boys run across the road, people cross the carriageway near an underpass, a policeman talks to girls who have crossed the street incorrectly, a traffic police officer checks the driver's license, talks with a driver who violated the rules, traffic police car movement; a traffic police officer (off-screen) talks about his work; pupils of the cool kindergarten "Zolotaya Rybka" in the classroom on fine arts, the teacher explains to the children the rules of the road, the children sleep during the "quiet hour". 3rd plot. Orchestra parade. The plot tells about the wind instruments ochestra in the city of Buinaksk, in which girls play. The plot included the following filming: members of the orchestra during a rehearsal with their leader, teacher of the pedagogical school I. Alidibirov; the orchestra participates in the parade dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the Victory, during the review of brass bands in Stavropol: musicians are passing by, spectators are watching, children are dancing.
