A special issue of the newsreel is dedicated to the workers of the Makhachkala port cleaning service. The plot uses the following filming: the view of Makhachkala, the seaport, the shores of the Caspian Sea, waves run onto the shore, two girls are standing on the shore; general view of ships and port cranes in the Makhachkala port, tankers are in the oil harbor, sailors paint ships, wash decks, port cranes are working; general view of the ship "Kosta Khetagurov"; the ship "Shtil", which is engaged in cleaning ships, goes to the oil harbor to handle tankers, a panorama of the tanker "Uragan", carrying out cleaning work on the tanker, "Shtil" departs from the tanker after the work carried out; laboratory assistants of the organization "Gosvodnadzor" take water samples throughout the water area of the sample, check the quality of water in laboratory conditions; general view of the ship "Nerpa", the captain of the "Nerpa" N. Kovalenko (on his behalf, the story is in the newsreel) on the ship, leads the ship at sea, his wife, who performs the duties of a cook on the ship, prepares food in the galley.
