The newsreel is dedicated to the honored livestock breeder of the Kabardino-Bakar ASSR, deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the republic, Hero of Socialist Labor Shamkyz Mamedovna Chigirova, who was fired from her job, struck out of public life for 20 years for criticizing the leadership.
