The special issue of the newsreel tells about the director of the Ordzhonikidze plant "Electrozinc" IV Khadov, who was elected as a delegate to the 19th party conference. The plot uses the following filming: views of city streets, it is raining, people are standing at a bus stop; boarding tram and bus passengers, trolleybus driving down the street; people walk along the streets, a woman seller sells milk on one of the streets. Employees of the plant "Electrozinc" go to shift, go through the checkpoint of the enterprise; the director of the plant IV Khadov in his office, talks (sync. and off-screen.) about the plant; interviews with factory workers (sinhr.), in which they express their opinion about the director of the factory; production processes in the workshops of the enterprise.
