The plot tells about the traditional terrace gardening in Dagestan, about the gardens in the village of Untsukul, which may be flooded in connection with the construction of the Irganai hydroelectric power station. The plot uses the following filming: a panorama of the gardens on the terraces, a general view of the village of Untsukul, roads in the mountains, a group of people walking along the road, children are carrying a donkey with their luggage; workers of the "Untsukulsky" state farm harvest peaches and pears, sort them, and put them in boxes; the chief agronomist of the state farm R. Ismailov and the agronomist A. Abdurakhmanov talk (sync. and behind the scenes) about the problems associated with the flooding of a part of the territory of the state farm, which includes the gardens. 2 nd plot. The plot tells about the meeting of the Union of Architects of the RSFSR in Ordzhonikidze on the development of mountain villages and small towns. The plot uses the following filming: a panorama on the road in the mountains of North Ossetia, a general view of one of the mountain villages; visits by the participants of the meeting to the villages of Miazur, Fiagdon and other types of villages, houses, streets; construction of new residential buildings in the village of Fiagdon, a view of the sculpture of a miner in the mining village of Fiagdon; people on the streets of the village, children are playing; the chairman of the small towns section G.Ya.
