The newsreel is dedicated to the theme of the Great Patriotic War. It includes the following filming: Views of Grozny: streets, residential buildings, tram movement along one of the streets, electric train movement along the tracks within the city; construction of residential buildings in Grozny; Hero of Socialist Labor, foreman of builders Sh.Khadzhiev supervises the construction site, talking on the phone in his office (sinhr.); meeting of team members; war veterans V. Taranin and M. Visaitov are sitting in the courtyard at the table, drinking tea, talking; motor ships sail along the Volga; general view of the memorial on the Mamayev Kurgan; military personnel are on guard of honor in the Pantheon; internal view of the barracks in one of the military units; the soldiers are talking in the rest room; production processes in the shops of the Krasny Molot plant in Grozny. The newsreel uses newsreels of the Great Patriotic War.
