North Caucasus Number 45

The special issue of the film magazine “North Caucasus No. 45 tells about the problems of the equestrian school in the village of Novokumsky, Levokumsky district, Stavropol Territory. The local leadership did not find an opportunity to preserve this school in the village, which is so necessary for the children. Thanks to the efforts of the groom and the pupils of the equestrian school, who take care of the remaining 6 horses, the school continues to exist despite the indifference of adults.
