The plot of the newsreel tells about the Stavropol school of sports acrobatics and about its head - the honored trainer of the RSFSR world champion V.A. Skakun. The plot includes the following filming: general view of the gym where young acrobats train, V.A. Skakun observes the training, talks (behind the scenes about how he came to acrobatics, about his work as a coach), trains his son; VN Kurys, candidate of pedagogical sciences, observes the training of young acrobats, talks with V. Skakun; performances of acrobatic athletes, including those trained by coach V. Skakun, at competitions in 1976 in Riga, 1978 in Tbilisi, in 1980 in Donetsk at the USSR Cup in sports acrobatics; pupils of the school of sports acrobatics in training under the guidance of coach V. Skakun, in the sauna, in the pool, drinking tea with their coach V. Rassolin.
