The newsreel included several plots in which the following filming was used: 1st plot. Landscapes of Ossetia: mountain ranges, Narskoe gorge, view of an ancient tower in the mountains; blasting and construction equipment on the construction of a highway across the main Caucasian ridge; the head of North Ossetia B.E. Kabaloev oversees the construction. 2nd plot. Construction of the Tersko-Kumsky irrigation canal: earthworks, construction of a concrete trough, through which water will flow, laying reinforced concrete slabs along the banks of the canal; workers of "Sevosetinvodstroy" at construction work, fishing during a short rest. 3rd plot. Production processes in the shops of the poultry farm of the state farm "Pyatigorsk": chicken eggs move along a conveyor, washed under the shower, placed in cardboard trays; the designers of the LOYA-20 machine N. Ivanov and P. Shcherbinin, which is capable of performing several operations with eggs, are conducting production tests of the machine. 4th plot: General view of the old Derbent fortress. View of a stone quarry near the Caspian coast. Extraction of Derbent stone. Restoration of an ancient Armenian temple. 5th plot. General view of the city of North-Kala in Kabardino-Balkaria; view of streets, houses, the building of the "Shopping Center"; buyers in sales areas; sellers from different departments serve buyers, buyers choose products. 6th plot. The RSFSR Swimming Championship in Grozny: general view of the swimming pool, athletes-swimmers before the start of the competition, during the competition; Winner's reward ceremony.
