On Maneuvers

Russia - A soldier on a two-wheeled cart crosses a ditch. A group of [soldiers] is standing near the car, several generals are having fun nearby. The generals leave, the car drives off along a country road. Soldiers are running along the edge of the forest, carts with full sacks are going, cavalrymen are galloping, carts with a machine gun and with folded greatcoats, field kitchens, carts with barrels are going. A military train at a halt on the road.
