Abstract
The film tells about a folk farmer, the former director of the MTS of one of the agricultural enterprises of the Solnechnogorsk district of the Moscow region, a resident of the village of Trusovo V.P. Ushakov and about his experiments in soil cultivation, which allow improving soil fertility and crop yields. 1st part. Meadow flowers. Traffic and pedestrian traffic on a city street. Smoking factory chimneys. Children in gas masks pass by the smoky thermal power station. Dirty water is poured out of the pipe into the reservoir. The water is discharged into the underground drain. Tillage and fertilization in the field in spring. Harvesting wheat with a combine harvester. Photos of Academician of the USSR Academy of Sciences V.I. Vernadsky and field grower T.S.Maltsev.
