Portraits of people building a mineral fertilizer plant. Enterprise type. The plant destroyed during the Great Patriotic War. Workers' associations are resting at a recreation center in the vicinity of Novomoskovsk: they swim, play volleyball. Workers carry banners to the demonstration. The stories of the leaders, veterans of the plant, including the former secretary of the party committee of the association IF Kusakin, the senior operator of the ammonia shop O. Ya. Pavlukhin.
